Ethan founded Crew Health in Orlando, Fla., which he sold in September 2020 before helping to launch and lead Pineapple Healthcare in 2021. With his background, Ethan brings unique insights into establishing, growing, and developing healthcare organizations. Ethan is originally from Long Island, N.Y. His favorite dessert is strawberry ice cream, but do not be confused; you might also spot him enjoying salted pretzels while riding local roller coasters!

Shannon Graves, Director of Operations at Pineapple Healthcare, brings a strong background in operations, leadership, and organizational strategy. With an MBA and a passion for building systems that help both people and organizations thrive, Shannon oversees operations across Pineapple’s growing network of clinics, focusing on strengthening teams, improving the patient experience, and supporting sustainable growth. She is especially passionate about developing leaders, solving complex challenges, and turning big ideas into practical solutions. Outside of work, Shannon loves traveling, hiking, live music, and spending time with her cats.
