What is MyPineapple?
The MyPineapple Program is an internal insurance subsidy offered through Pineapple Healthcare in partnership with MyPride Life. For patients who qualify, Pineapple Healthcare covers monthly insurance premiums so you can maintain active coverage without financial burden.
Eligibility Requirements
Active Patient
Be an active patient of Pineapple Healthcare in PrEP, or HIV Treatment.
Complete Visit
Have completed at least one appointment within the last 3 months, attended, has required labs, and been prescribed medication.
The 4-Step Program Workflow
Step 1 – Contact Us: Express interest in insurance assistance or MyPineapple.
Step 2 – Eligibility Review: Our team reviews program eligibility and connects patients with the appropriate enrollment resources.
Step 3 – Enrollment & Approval: Eligible patients receive assistance with insurance enrollment and applicable premium assistance requests.
Step 4 – Maintain Coverage: Patients continue meeting program requirements and communicate any changes affecting their insurance.
